Refund Policy

  • Refund request of 100% money back will not be entertained. Exception of full refund request will be entertained only if students receives failing grades i.e., “F” on the work that we have delivered and the plagiarism percentage may not exceed more than 30%.
  • Company has the right to hold 50% Service charges on the total order cost.
  • Refund amount will be processed upon receiving authentic proof(s).
  • Refund amount will be furbished within 45 working days after the successful completion of process.
  • All the refund request that we received will be investigated thoroughly by our audit team and the process may take 30 working days.
  • The refund amount will be solely decided by the owner of the company. Refund amount depends on the services availed by the clients including consultancy, revisions, rewrites, and amendments.
  • There is no refund request entertained with the orders placed for the deadlines of 48 hours or less.
  • There is no refund request entertained with the dissertation orders placed for the deadlines of 10 days or less.
